Me again.

RE: The same page I referred to before with the frozen cache:

http://www.multiples.com/whats_new_archives/multiple-orgasm-whatsnew.html

The link to the XML in the Forum itself is:
http://jackjohnston.ccwerks.net/wb/rss/?a=1&b=0

The default content of the Description field in my Forum software's RSS feeds is junk, as it's just a default description of a "Conference's" subject area, rather than lines of the actual post content.

This means that every time a post is made to that Conference (i.e., subject area), the different topic name gets delivered but the software developer provides no way to get x lines of actual post content in the feed, but lazily just reiterates the default description of the Conference. MEGA-lame!

The software developer is disinclined to do anything about this, so:

How do I suppress Description altogether?

And... Is there any hack for getting x lines of content from the actual post at a page whose link appears in the RSS feed list?

I realize that's prolly a long-shot, but I thot I'd ask.

Many thanks!
Jack
