You can do this with any version of CaRP if the feeds all specify dates for each item. For an example of how to aggregate multiple feeds, see http://www.geckotribe.com/rss/carp/docs/functions/carpfilter.php. Note that you don't actually have to do any filtering (you don't have to set "filterin" or 'filterout') when using the CarpFilter and CarpCacheFilter functions.

BTW, if you read the example page before I update it, you'll see that it says that channel information is discarded when aggregating--that used to be the case, but is no longer true (though you can configure it to discard the channel information by setting the 'cborder' and 'caorder' configuration settings to blank strings).
