Using
CarpConf('cborder','');
will remove the channel title, url and description (that's the command to set the order -- but setting nothing removes them all).

As for opening a new window, it's being frowned upon by webdevelopers because users can control whether they want to open a new window with their browsing habits: it's inconsiderate to open new windows on someone else's desktop. If they wanted a new window, they would have SHIFT-Clicked. At least, that's the idea. Anyhow, look for a command to override the link and add a TARGET="_new" tag into the anchor (<A>).

Regards,
Derek
