Subject: 天網遭Lombard申請清盤案延訊

天網國際（ 0577 ） Lombard Asian Private Investment Co LDC （ 下 稱 Lombard ）申請清盤的案件，昨在高院提訊。Lombard表示涉案雙方正就案件進行商討，聆案官現把清盤案押後至二月十二日再訊。

天網國際去年十月被申請清盤後，曾發表通告指出事件始末。天網國際指事緣於二○○○年七月，Lombard與天網國際附屬Skynet Ltd （下稱Skynet）簽訂股東協議，但Lombard聲稱Skynet已違反協議，遂有權要求提前贖回Lombard持有的Skynet優先股。惟因天網國際未促使Skynet繳付該九千三百多萬元贖回金額，故Lombard入稟申請天網國際清盤。

Lombard曾於去年十月二十四日及三十日，先後兩次入稟申請天網國際清盤，而第一次清盤呈請文件顯示的是天網國際的本港主要辦事處地址，第二次則為天網國際的百慕達註冊地址。

第一次清盤呈請獲撤銷
天網國際曾發通告Lombard已撤銷第一次清盤呈請，再送達第二次呈請，故法庭現時處理的屬第二次清盤呈請。

天網國際昨停牌，停牌前收報○點○一元。
