Subject: RULES

Has anyone heard of new Semi-Pro rules for the new year? I have heard they have been made by a very few and the new rules are allowing headers, tinned in cockpits and Holley carbs. The sooner I know, the sooner I can decide what I will be doing for this year. Thanks
