Subject: Pagan-Christian debate --- What debate? Isn't it all Pagan?

The trinity is a pagan concept. The number three, used in various ways was found in many places throughout the pagan Greek and Roman world. The Christian use of the "Trinity" was not instituted until 325 CE and even then it took another 60 years before the whole Trinitarian creed was officially and completely accepted by the Christian Church as official Doctrine.

The statue of Peter in the Basilica is actually an ancient Roman statue of Jupiter.

Vatican came from two Latin words 'vatis can' meaning prophecy or soothsaying; song, chant. Attis and Cybele had a temple on the Vatican Hill, The Caves of Mithra are now known as the Vatican caves (under the Vatican).

December 25 has been used as the birth date of Persian, Egyptian, Roman, Greek, and Babylonian sun god.

Communion was a ceremony practiced in ancient Rome to symbolize eating the god to obtain the power of the god.

The Doctrine of Baptismal Regeneration is a Roman doctrine that came from Babylon itself. The baptism was by immersion and was a part of the initiation rites of other mystery religions and societies. The motivation, was regeneration and pardon of all sins.

The Jesus-god was not the only god who has been recorded to have died and was resurrected, there were other deities such as Mithras, Osiris, Tammuz, Attis, etc.

Etc.

Etc.

After pronouncing Jesus to be God in the 4th century, I guess now in the 21st century, it's just Christianity coming back home fully to those Pagan roots and ideas...
