Dear all,

As discussed with Ms Trang, Mr Cuoc and Elaine this morning, we will start with the repainting of the kid's room on January 10th, 2006.

Ms Trang / Ms Van: Please prepare room 101 for the alternative kid's dorm room fro approx. 3 weeks. Please clear minibar, tea & coffee making facilities and anything that could hurt a child.

Elaine: Please assist the two ladies in preparing the room 101 with all necessary equipment and set up.

Mr Cuoc: Please have a look again at attached pictures and discuss with the artist the possibilities of the repainting. As discussed the smaller wall parts are proposed to be painted in simple medium dark blue (marine blue), while we will need more variety on the larger wall parts. The doors on both sides will also be painted in the same medium dark blue (marine blue) while the ceiling is proposed to be light blue..
