Students who wish to APPEAL to staying outside
campus must submit an individual appeal letter.
Format of letter can be found at the DOWNLOAD
section in

Please prepare 3 COPIES of the letter.
1 for HEP reference
1 for self reference
1 for parents' reference

Details of letter submission:
DATE: 10/03/2005 (THURSDAY)
TIME: 10:00AM - 11:00AM
VENUE: MAIN ENTRANCE, HEP

ALL students who wish to appeal MUST take note
of the PROPER DATE & TIME for letter
submission to prevent OCCURRENCE of issues
such as:

LOSING LETTERS
NOT BEING ENTERTAINED BY HEP
OFFICERS
