Subject: Has Anyone Ever Used George Brugger For Hair & Make-up ...

I was wondering if anyone has ever used George Brugger, in Columbia, SC, for hair and make-up before and what did you think about him?

great. The George I am thinking about provided great hair consultation advice to my teen, who could not have a H/M artist at her pageant. Tina Staub in the Irmo area of Columbia is great too.
