My daughter competed as Wee Miss Tiny Tot two years ago. The child that won the group was also the supreme winner. She had only competed in one pageant prior (the prelim). Her photos were Walmart and she wore a white off the rack dress. She won all but Baby Face. The little girl had a natural cuteness without the pageant hair or makeup. She beat girls that were/are completely glitz. Her pictures beat the professional expensive pics. Based on our personal experience, the judges were looking for the completely natural child.
