You may say that the Little Miss will be the Kelley child. Well she has been beat by Nikki every time. And Nikki was the over all winner 2003-2004.Also, her mother and father are connected with the pageant. Her mom holds preliminaries and her father sings at the pageant and at other events. As far as Ashley Fowler she is just stunning. She is like a perfect flawless child that can do any interview and bring home 10's I do think that she has a coach. not quite sure who she uses. She was also Young Miss South Carolina the same year that Nikki Ward won. Mark these girls on your list.

Do you know who Lisa Quinn is? How is she connected with the pageant?

If this thing is so politcal and only those from the Pee Dee area win, then, how did Lisa Quinn's daughter, Casey Quinn win LMSC Overall Tiny Tot 2004?

These people are from Gaffney, SC of all places! That's not in the lower part of the state. That's in the Upstate!

Not even the most powerful parts of the upstate like Greenville/Spartanburg!
