Why do you feel that the winners are already pre-determined?

What about:

Rebecca Kelley for "Little Miss"?
&
Morgan Danielle Tabbot - Wee Miss Boiling Springs 2005 for "Wee Miss"?

I understand that they are both coached by Gary "Cy" Frakes and his "girls" always win!

First of all Gary "Cy" Frakes is not my "guy!" And his "girls" did win in the 2004 pageant!

With the above results, how do you figure that his "girls" don't win? I don't care one way or the other about this guy. I'm just giving credit where credit is due!
