Hi Suki,

The "document.all" is supported in IE 4.0 or above only. This statement involves the Dynamic HTML (DHTML) technology. However, IE and NN implemented DHTML very differently, which makes it hard and time-consuming to write cross-browser code. That's why many web sites tell visitors to use a specific browser.
