Subject: Making Fun Of Geeks

Why exactly do people make fun of people that are geeks. More importantly, why does having glasses automatically make you a geek? I have been called that just for wearing glasses and khaki pants by a bunch of cheerleader chicks that were collecting money for their cheerleading shit; they did this when I didn't give them money.

Why are the cool kids always the ones that make fun of people, especially geeks? That's why I avoid all the nieces and nephews that are considered the cool kids in thieir school; chances are they make fun of the kids that are not like them and I have overheard them calling me names for the way I dress.

I want to get to the bottom of this because it is something that just sticks in my craw in a major way.

As you can probably tell, I was called a geek in school.
