Richard, I am just referring to what I am hearing in the locker room when I exercises on Wednesdays. I am not so in to the whole tournament as you can understand since I am not able to play. But anyway, after what I understand from what I hear Tad is the couch for the team (on the bench as you may or may not know he cant play). So I guess he`s role is the official couch for the team.
