Subject: Receptacle Orientation in Health Care Facilities

Is anybody aware of an NEC or UL requirement which would stipulate that 120v 20amp duplex receptacles installed in general or critical care areas of health care facilities need to be installed with the ground pin up, at the top of the receptacle? I've checked the NEC and the White Book, category RTRT, but neither seems to suggest any orientation is preferrable. Is there perhaps an issue with right angle hospital grade cord caps which would necessitate having the receptacle installed with the ground pin up?
