Make checks payable to: American Dream Pageant. We accept Money Orders and Checks. Checks must reach our office 7 days before the pageant if your check is returned for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge. All Balances Must be paid at the door in CASH or MONEY ORDER.

#2 you may enter at the door the day of the pageant and pay the total fees. Just bring this form filled out and entry fee in CASH or MONEY ORDER to registration 1 hour before the pageant begins.

GENERAL INFORMATION RULES AND REGULATIONS


• Tickets for Admission: $4.00 Adult / $2.00 Children (ages 3-17) Under 3 free.

One free pass for Mom.

• All entries and fees are due by, November 15, 2006. Everyone must have entry in by November 15th to enter pageant. This is to insure a well-organized pageant.

• Dressing area is very limited, please come dressed if possible.

• We will have three (3) well Qualified Judges. Judges decisions are final. Judges will use their discretion Christmas wear. Judges may break all ties in a discussion among themselves.

• Score sheets and photogenic pictures will be available for you to pick up at the registration table after the crowning of your age division.

• If a division has less than four (4) contestants, the director will have the option of combining or balancing divisions. This means a child could be in a different division in order to combine closer ages. On the other hand, if a division is too large, it may be split. Age will be determined on day of the pageant. Please have birth certificate available in case of a dispute.

• Inappropriate conduct by any contestant or anyone connected to a contestant will not be tolerated. In such event, immediate and just disqualification will occur.

• Parents of children ages 0 - 4 years old are asked to escort their children on stage. You do not have to walk out on stage with them.

• Winners will be responsible for picking up all gifts anything left will not be shipped

• Queens are required to compete in American Dream State pageant Dec.16th unless they have made arrangements with Director. This is a real special time of recognition.

New this Year
• Ticket Sales – Princess Award.

Age Divisions. We have added another age division in the queens pageant, dividing the older girls up a little. If we have a lot of babies 0-23 months, we will add a division there also. More chances to win, more winners.
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Professional hair and makeup is not necessary but we can refer you to our Pageants Designers. We want everyone to have a good time. Please call with any questions. 985-264-6386
