Jan. Meeting

Hello ladies,
Now that the holidays are over it's time to think about what we would like to do for the year. I would like everyone to come to the meeting with ideas, dates, suggestions on what you would like to do or participate in for the year. If you have an idea please be prepared to discuss the price, location, date etc. of the function so a decision can be made.

My goal is have dates in our calender for the whole year so we will know ahead of time when we will have a function. Of course we know times and events can change but we can at least start with a date/activity and go from there.

Sue did you manage to check on the Race Track outing yet??

With all the ladies in our club we can have one 1 member a month organize a function. So pick a month that perks your interest and see what is going on at that time and plan something, bring details, prices etc. I know a lot of clubs assign one member a month to be responsible for a function. I would prefer you ladies to decide among yourselves what you would like to do.

I would like someone to check into an outing of a different nature this year. An outing where we give back to the needy, elderly, children, homeless, etc. you get the picture. Anyone who would like to task on this taks please have exact info to discuss with us.

I hope all the ladies going on a cruise attends the meeting. We need to discussion our shirt and what we're going to put on it. May is going to be here before you know it.

The meeting will be held at Janet's house on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at 2p.m. Bring something light to munch on,. Drinks and cups will be supplied.

Don't forget dues are due!!! Please pay Janet at the meeting.

I would like to give and extra thanks to the following ladies for hosting a function, taking care of details or opening up their home for meetings.

I hope to see you all on Saturday on 1/20/07 with some great ideas for us.
