Hello red hatters!! I know we are scheduled to go shopping on March 24th which we are still going to do but I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing this??
Email I received from another queen in Houma:

Southdown Museum is having their semi annual market place on Saturday, March 31st. Cost to get in is $4.00 per person. I though this would make a perfect meet and greet for red hatters in our area and surrounding areas too. We are going to meet at 11AM for lunch (sort of a brunch) under the tent where the food will be served. You can buy what you want to eat, etc.

Some of you may want to get there earlier and do some shopping before we meet and greet and then some of you may want to shop after we meet and greet. For those who will register at 11:00 AM at the event there will be nice door prizes.

There will be one red hat booth with only red hat items all hand made. Last year Queen Caffeine went with a group of her ladies and she said there were booths with some red hat items.

There will be buses picking up shoppers at a local parking lot so that we do not have to walk miles to get in. There are usually hundreds of people attending. I will let everyone know where to park when it's decided. Buses picked up people at the Civic Center last year but this year there is a function going on there. The bus ride is FREE!

Please do wear your red hat (or pink)on top your head and your colors.Is there any other way to meet and greet?
