Menu for Tea

Here is the menu for the tea at Windsor Court!

TEA IN LE SALON

1st course: Tea Sandwiches
-Smoked Turkey with a curry mayonnaise spread
-Open faced Poached Salmon Salad
-Egg Salad with mango chutney
-Cucumber with a dill cream cheese spread
Royal Tea includes:
-Smoked Salmon canap�s
-Sevruga Caviar canap�s
(Guest receives an assortment of one (1) each.)

2nd course: Scones with jams and creams
Strawberry and Walnut
(Guest receive one of each type as well as lemon curd, raspberry preserves, Devonshire cream and vanilla bean whipped cream)

3rd course: Assorted Sweets
-Chocolate dipped strawberries
-Chocolate truffles
-Tartlets
-Pedi fours
(Guest receive one of each of the above)
And of course free flowing tea.
