Saturday, November 22, 2008
Early Registration fee: $35.00 (late registration after 4:00 Thursday--$45)
Location: St. Martinville Sr. High Cafeteria, --762 N. Main Street, St. Martinville, La.
Dress Wear: Sunday Best or Dressy Christmas Attire (please, no jeans or tennis shoes). Good Pageant for Beginners-------No Modeling Experience Necessary
Winners of each group 1st, 2nd & 3rd receive a trophy and pin. Queen of each group receives a trophy, tiara, embroidered sash & pin. Queens are invited to ride in the St. Martinville K.C. Christmas Parade in December.
Saturday Morning, November 22 (Arrive by 8:30 am) Saturday Mid-morning, Novemebr 22 (Arrive by 11:00 am)
Girls Groups 0-3 yrs.
Baby Miss Noel (0-11 months)- -arrive 8:30 am, judging 9:00 am
Toddler Miss Noel (12-23 months)- arrive 8:30 am, judging 9:00 am
Tiny Miss Noel (2-3 years) --arrive at 8:30 am, judging at 9:00 am
Girls Groups 4-10 yrs.
Little Miss Noel ( 4-6 yrs)--arrive 11:00, judging starts 11:30
Petite Miss Noel (7-9yrs)-- arrive 11:00, judging starts 11:30
Jr. Miss Noel (10-12 yrs)— arrive 11:00, judging starts 11:30
*******Do arrive at least ½ hour before your group event is scheduled*******
Most photogenic—one winner in each group. Please submit a 4” x 6” or 5” x 7 “ photo of your child with the application. You may bring the photo and register that Saturday, but we do prefer early registration.
For early registration ($35 fee), form must be completed and turned in by 4:00 pm. Thursday, November 20, 2008. Entry fee is $45 thereafter. Please hand deliver (or mail, see address at bottom of page 2) the completed form and entry fee to Wanda Barras (ph # 394-6683), St. Martinville, LA or mail to address below.Applications WILL BE ACCEPTED after 4:00 pm Thursday, Nov. 20th or after 8:30 am, and 11:00 AM on Saturday, Nov. 22, but you will have to pay the late fee of an additional $10.00.
Queen of each group will be allowed to participate in the K.C. Christmas Parade, which will take place in December, Main Street, St. Martinville, LA. It is the responsibility of each Queen to furnish their own means of transportation in the K.C Christmas Parade and also make their own posters on vehicle for parade. Application Form (Note: No applications will be accepted after 4:00 pm Thursday, Nov. 20 for discount or after 8:30 am Saturday, Nov. 22 for first 0-3 yr. Age Group or after 11:00 am for 4-12 yr. Age Group for discount.).
Upon completing this form & paying the payment of entry, your child is eligible to participate in the St .Martinville Little Miss Noel Beauty Pageant. Pageant will be held, Saturday morning, November 22, beginning at 9:00 AM, and at 11:00 AM at the St. Martinville Sr. High Cafeteria, 762 N. Main Street, St. Martinville, LA. Please come 30 minutes before for your session.
Dress wear: Sunday Best or Dressy Christmas Attire (no jeans or tennis shoes). Registration fee non-refundable
A panel of judges who are experienced in judging beauty contests will judge your child. Please register in advance, on or before November 22nd, 2008 at 4:00 pm for a $10 discount ($35), otherwise, $45 day of pageant. Hand deliver this form & entry fee, to any CFM Committee Member (see phone numbers on Contacts) or mail to address at bottom of page.

Judging will be conducted fairly by a panel of judges with no prejudice. The majority of the contest monies are used for contest costs such as advertising, administrative, other supporting costs and of course to pay for prizes. Any profit will be used to help support and promote our farmers, agriculture, education and youth related projects proposed, approved and undertaken by the St. Martinville Creole Farmers Market Committee. We are also dedicated to the perpetuation of local customs and traditions
