he carefully places another pill on her tongue, and waits for her to swallow it, then he takes the bandage off her leg to check on it. he smiles, happy to see it's getting better, then he re-bandages it. He then dabs a wet cloth on the cut in her shoulder, then he puts more ointment on it, also satisfied with the way this one is healing. As he walks out of the stall he sees that Fox never came, so he rips the old note off of the stall door, and throws it in the garbage. Then he goes and gets some hay, and puts it in the hay net for her, and makes her a small pail of warm mash. Then he pours some grain into the feeder, and refills her water. Then he sits down on the bench outside her stall, and watches her eat*
