質疑小組查楊國強涉偏幫工會促審計署介入

香港生產力促進局發表該局總裁楊國強被指濫用公帑的獨立調查報告後，仍未釋公眾疑慮。該局職工會幹事蘇子冠昨日批評調查不公，偏幫楊國強，是「自己人查自己人」。職工會要求審計署介入調查，立法會亦應展開公開聆訊。

審計署稱無權調查

本報昨致電楊國強查詢，秘書指楊出外公幹，明日才回港。香港生產力促進局發言人表示，該局副主席譚偉豪下月會跟進有關的調查報告。

審計署發言人稱，因生產力促進局獲得的政府資助，少於其收入的一半，審計署無權作出衡工量值調查。

職工會幹事蘇子冠批評獨立調查小組既確認楊國強曾多次使用公司車及司機辦理私務，更由局方出機票予楊國強妻子陪同公幹，但小組竟以生產力促進局並無有關指引為由，認為指控不成立，顯見小組偏幫楊國強。
