陳議員、鄺議員、黃議員、何主席、各位紅花會香主、春材、各位富春材、亞祥、亞蘇：
本垃圾廣場整了一年，終於開幕。雖然整了一年，但是垃圾廣場始終是垃圾，沒有甚麼好睇，所以曾亞華都唔泥。
但是羅了正虎錢，唔開唔得。話說這個廣場一波三折，先頭我地想在依到起多幾個大霧悲，不過企鵝反對。
最後何主席拍板，起了一個鯊魚池，兩個企鵝池，重有幾個池用來放大魚、鯉魚、鯪魚、白飯魚。
因為主要是廢柴利用。大白鯊無人要，放在這裏可以嚇人。
企鵝池加設硬幣"訂"企鵝，"訂"中企鵝頭，可以和何主席共進晚宴。
至於那些大魚、鯉魚、鯪魚、白飯魚池，反正也是冇人要，也放在這裏。
問過機管局、貿發局，他們說牲畜公園適宜養垃圾寵物，所以多養幾隻也無妨。
結果、這個四不象垃圾廣場便經由何主席拍板，全体矮完一致通過。
