我想理性地請問一下,即使程sir不必直接違抗上級命令,但以你認識他多年的身份,他到底有沒有曾經試過做一個有責任的上司,勸阻上級不要盲目藉無理解僱來排除異己呢?至少他也應該知道歧視工會和違反平機會條例會出事,他亦應該照事實勸進一下石頭勳魚。如果他連試都沒有,那又如何能怪責別人這樣看待程先生呢?他到底不可以連一個責任都沒有,因為解僱信上簽的是他的名,這是事實。難道你的老闆要你殺人,你就可以推說是因為避迫殺人,而在事後便得以無罪嗎?
