自古有言：「多行不義必自斃，獵犬終須山上喪。」
話說地球村有一條名叫「牲畜谷」的動物樂園，一直以來在這個美好樂谷生活的牲畜，都相安無事。但自從一隻面相生得奇醜的賤格鵝精由上年三月初闖入谷後，從此樂園變了地獄，「牲畜谷」成了「瘟疫谷」。這隻鵝精在谷裡無惡不在，不單對谷內成員胡亂進行調配(不是交配)，而是還大開殺戒，事後卻搵人咩鑊。終於到了天地不容的極限，住在天上的玉皇大帝也龍顏大怒，立即派遣天將化身「平精狐」，潛入谷中，討伐鵝精。雖然「平精狐」行動援慢，不過一旦展開「髮鹿」行動，這隻鵝精終會命喪於「平精狐」口中，罪行由天庭法官宣佈，身為資深鵝精，卻犯上歧視罪行，「知法犯法」，罪該當株。
