【明報專訊】由於一再有投訴指生產力促進局管理層濫用資源，為重建公眾對該局信心，該局主席梁君彥表示，該局將邀請廉政公署檢討內部營運及工作流程，而理事會亦已成立調查小組，跟進多宗涉及總裁楊國強及人力資源總經理楊港興的投訴。上月底小組並展開了首次會議，初步結果是「沒有令人震驚的發現（nothing to be alarming）」。

理事會調查﹕沒震驚發現

本報最近一再收到多宗投訴，指總裁楊國強去年攜眷到東莞公幹，入住總統套房，超過其職級所限。發言人回應指，總裁楊國強當日所入住的東莞酒店是由當地官方機構安排。

投訴又指另一高層人力資源部總經理楊港興，受聘前曾獲委託檢討該局人力資源架構，未幾便身居局內要職，令人質疑管理層私相授受。

發言人回應，楊港興曾於2003年受託為生促局檢討員工假期管理問題，但該職位人選是經公開招聘及理事會甄選及委任。楊受聘入局後，其顧問公司已申請清盤。
