各位同事：

公義何在？

職工會宣傳及權益部主任蘇子冠同事(Andrew)昨日突被管方即時並欠缺合理理由下解僱，在管方發給Andrew的解僱信中，指出事件不涉及(一)Andrew的平機會個案投訴、(二)不涉及他作為職工會理事成員的身份，以及(三)不涉及他就新工作調配安排的不滿投訴。

Andrew熱心職工會事務，為工會的能幹理事；在Andrew的多年編輯工作經歷中，獲現任財政司司長(當年工商科技局局長)唐英年的賀詞讚賞，為局方立下不少功勞。

現在局方借助僱傭條例第七條，隨時在沒合理理由下解僱為員工捍衛權益的職工會理事及投訴個案的申訴人，職工會感到極大憤慨。敢問局方：「公義何存？」

事件正敲響大家內心的警鐘，誰是下一位受害者？「平等」，「公正」原是每位同事賴以有尊嚴並安心地工作的最基本要求。試問各位同事，你們在這樣氣氛的還境下工作，還有歸屬感嗎？
