I have been here for almost 15 years. I think So's case is so rare. But as the gentleman or lady indicated, if he has so many charges, then it must be something wrong.
Council's style is traditional with safe approach, let me check with his DHead or other colleagues before get back to you.
But just as I said, those union member keep saying that they would be fired in redeployment and no new posts were created, but actually my division really accept a redeployed staff without discrimination. They keep on saying that they have no job security for almost 8 months. Then, I don't understand what they are yelling for at this moment??? But pls don't brother my colleague, she needs to concentrate on work.
