Why they keep appealing to the Council members and even Chairman Leung, BECAUSE the management keep silient and irresponsive toward their grievance and so they keep appealing. I have an experience which I need to tell you instead. I received the design services from an external vendor but their work attitude was much POORER than the internal design team which however responded more professionally. >Oh really.
