我不同意，因為事實上並非員工鍾意搞對抗，這些員工過往何嘗未曾認真工作，做好自己份工，但是在這種管理層管治下，努力工作是沒有用的，試看實在很多不認真工作的員工卻得到管理層的庇護，而認真工作的員工卻受到不公平對待，所以職工會肯站出來為員工爭取公平，爭取以表現為待遇前提的工作環境，才是真正讓員工努力工作的原動力。我們應讓支持工會才對!至少不應該是非不分。工會的出現，可以為促進局去汚存清。
