覺位同事,有一問題拿來研究研究,蘇先生的個人問題不談,
但用來炒人的問題是否出了岔子。
1.為甚麼用一個簡單的解僱理由都沒有?
2.我們的人事部個個都去左訓覺嗎?為何解僱同事不須人事經理簽署?是否人事經理連大名都唔敢下筆?
3.豈非我們隨時隨地收到部門經理的解僱信?
4.今天從報章得知,理事會勞方代表成員陳偉麟先生說,局方的確處理不恰當,程序草率,令他大感詫異。
本局是一個法定機構,解僱員工要有充分理據。難怪立法會議員鄺志堅批評,欠缺理據炒人,看來真的要工商局介入調查。
