Think! Who knows? It is true that the Auditor may look for bad management practice and abuse of power. However, they may also look into our staff composition (since this is all started by our "staff redeployment exercise") as many view that bad HR management has caused the recent saga. The auditor may recommend that there is a surplus or mismatch of man power in the council. They may seriously and independantly look into these 49ers to see if they are high flyers or dead woods. Will they recommend HKPC to cut staff? Will these 49ers be the first to go? Will the cut be deeper than 49? What then? So, don't think this is a one way street against the management only.
