For a fact, a certain individual has been flirting with girls in the council for some time. Ask your lady colleagues and they will tell. The guy must be thinking he is James Bond or Romeo of some sort,showing off his muscle whenever he had a chance yet not knowing that many girls thought him to be quite revolting, repulsive and disgusting. Sometimes he even went so far as touching, holding and rubbing these girls. These acts may not be proven to be indecent assault but it is definitely sexual harrassment. My colleague, who knew the girl involved, told me that the girl was definitely very upset, distraught and was in a very distressed state the day after the incident. Our Union members are just and fair. Should we do something to protect this lady colleague of ours too? Should we be biased so blindly for an individual?
