I'm in the process of my first attempt at a tie right now. Too late to take photos of the process I guess. If I need a second stitch, or if this doesn't work out the first time, then I'll take some pictures of the next stitch.

Seems to be pretty easy and painless to do on your own (assuming it's all gone well).
