Wow! You're a trooper. From what i've read on this between 3 days and a week is the norm, i'm one day in so i'm heaps anxious if i've tied it tight enough etc. My hands were shaking too, bit of a scary part to "fix" yourself at home.
I used a nylon sewing thread but the dettol creme made it slippery :-/
I've decided i should have done a slip knot, you can keep tightening it, but it could slip loose too, argh! The choices!
But i'm just glad i know whats going on. I was confused for years.
