Subject: Phimosis, and just pure bad luck?

Hi, im 19 years old and have realised my foreskin is overly tight for quite a while. it has only been over the last 4/5 years i've really started to read into this.

The furthest i've gone is Kissing with girls, and as you can guess shying away from girls has caused me alot of emotional pain.. especially when you have to pretend your not interested and then your friends seem to find their way there.
anyway,my phimosis is rather severe,but when i have been able to pull my foreskin about 10% over my glands ive realised there is a fairly deep line that runs past the hole of the penis. almost a split in the head of my penis.

as i have never really seen the glands that much, i want to know if anyone else has had this?

and is there any other sufferers of this who may think this is linked to having a small penis at all?
mine measures around 4.5inches erect and fairly thin.

so i'm not even sure if getting treatment would be any point at all?

if anyone wants to email, chatting about this subject would honestly help me alot.
