Subject: Tying BELOW Frenular Artery/Vein

Hi all,
Had success with the method so far but my last tying has left me with a scar/blistery type thing. I'm pretty sure this was due due to the actual head of the knot digging into the skin during the process and creating a little pit/dimple thing which seems to had scarred up. And I probably should have applied lube/Vasceline while it was cutting through to help prevent this. Anyway, this scarry skin had been there for about 4 weeks (since my last knot pulled out) and though it's not painful it is in an awkward position because it's exactly where (what's left of...) the frenulum naturally creases when the foreskin folds back to cover the head. I've tried creams and other methods to try and soften the skin but it looks fairly white, like it's scar tissue. (It also kinda reminds me of how a cold sore on your lips might feel...dry and not very supple).

I think I might need to tie again with the aim of dissecting this piece of scarred skin using the ligation, and the way things look the needle will need to go BELOW these larger vessels - which of course means these vessels will be ligated! My previous tyings have all been ABOVE the main blood vessel/s of the frenulum. I'm looking for reassurance about tying up from below these main blood vessel/s in the frenulum. I'm planning on going in JUST below them and since I'll only be tying a small amount of skin it it should hopefully be tight as tight as it can be. Has anyone done this? Does the artery just close-up and start to die off? Swelling-up? Should I expect much bleeding at any point? Etc..!
