Subject: frenelum

My frenelum is torn partially. Its been a month now and i can feel the erection without any sort of pain, i looked at it closely and found the skin is detached from the head of the penis making a wound in the head of penis, the wound is healed though but the skin is not reattaching, Does the torn skin reattach itself to the head again or its gone for ever..????
