Hello my friend,a few days ago i completed the whole "task"
i used fishing line,i left the line(and the needle too) for five minutes in alchohol before i used it,the fishing line i thing is the best for this job,if you are one the 4-5 day and you feel some kind of pain its probably ready to take it of,now the most part of the tyied skin is cuted and there is a small line that keeps it,i cuted it with a nail cliper(alchoholed it too) becouse i dont thing the fishing line could cut that small piece of skin, you can yous EMLA if you dont want to feel any pain when you do the "needling" and "cutting"..
good luck
