Hi Ajay,

My situation sounds almost identical to yours. Maybe slightly less so. I can get full erection (with slight pain) but I find it hard to orgasm during sex because just before, the glans and shaft get bigger and becomes really painful and then I lose all sensitivity and begin to lose the erection like you. Some days worse than others. I still find ways around it though! Whether the op will help you get harder, I don't know, but nothing to lose! If it is psychological then knowing that you are 'free' after the op might be enough for you to relax mentally. Of course, it could just be that it is the pain that is physically stopping you getting full erection and again, once it is removed, you will be ok.

I would really look into and ask alot of questions about the laser frenuloplasty because that sounds like it would remove the frenulum completely by just burning it away. Im not sure. Also, if you look on the main site you will see that one man was left with alot of scarring from the laser http://www.male-initiation.net/frenulum_treatment.html#start
A z-plasty frenuloplasty only cuts it and elongates it so it doesn't damage the nerves and you still retain the good feelings.

Personally, I'm looking into the tying up method http://www.male-initiation.net/library/gallery/frenuloplasty/frenulum_tying.html#start
as it seems the simplest and involves just one stitch (a few here have done it themselves) but I still have some reservations about it (see my original post below). I tried stretching it over a month and saw no difference so have given up on that.

If you go ahead, get back to us and let us know if it was a success. It seems like a very simple op (which ever one you choose) and most who have done it seem very pleased and relieved. All the best.
