Got a sterilized needle with bound suture thread and gave it a go today. Those needles are so sharp that I didn't feel any pain when pushing it through. Weirdest part was the transition from needle to thread.

I'm just hoping that I tied the knot tight enough. It just feels like a little pinch, and is sometimes unnoticeable (I performed this about 6 hours ago). So hopefully in a few days I'll have good news.

I've covered the area in polysporin and some vaseline to keep any bacteria away. If this works it was dead simple.

Background - Talked to a doctor and he recommended circumcision. After I argued he forwarded me to a urologist. Urologist recommended circumcision. Another urologist wanted to research it and said he'd get back to me in up to six months. Frustration ensued so I decided to do it myself. Hopefully I'm not regretting that in a few days ;) Good luck to everyone else with frenulum breve, and I hope you have a better experience with doctors or find these DIY articles helpful.
