It is in every frenulum and it supplies blood to the frenulum.It goes through the whole frenulum and has branches like a tree.When cutting the frenulim you have no choice but to cut through the artery.There will be bleeding no matter how tight the knot is but it will heal and each end of the artery will be sealed and you will have less blood flow but not enough to cause serious harm.
