Subject: Re: Tying the frenulum - what kind of suture/needle?
In reply to: Martin 's message, "Tying the frenulum - what kind of suture/needle?" on 01:10:25 04/13/09 Mon

A person here who did the procedure himself used a 4-0 non dissolving, 0.5 mtr long suture already bonded to a 3/8 regular curved needle, and another person recommended a BBS(Black Braided Silk) 3/0 or 2/0 with attached needle to me. Considering that some people have had this done with a regular sewing needle and a fishing line, I'd say your good to go. Please keep us updated with your progress. Good luck!
