I left it loose but it actually finally broke while I was putting vasaline on it. It kinda snapped and was the really painful part but since I've put in another had to go deeper it hurt a little going in as it was deeper but still wasn't bad as I numb it with ice but it is starting to work but last time it didn't do much till the last two days so that should be tomorrow or the next day I how a way before photo and I will take one of this stich and when its done I'll take an after and attempt to show you what I got from each stich but you really should read everything about it and then do it its not bad and it works a little pain witch is help by soaking it in the warm water but the benifets far out way the pain just take a light and shine through and make sure you don't hit a vein. Oh and if you want the photos send me an email or atleast point me somewhere they won't be deleted like everyone elses did. Oh and excuse any grammer I sent this from my phone
