Subject: Tying frenulum not so close to shaft?

Hi! Is it bad if I don't stick the needle so close to the shaft (maybe like halfway)? I don't have so severe breve and I was wondering if that could help me save some sensitivity in that area compared to tying the frenular arteries etc.

Does anyone have had loss of sensitivity or pleasure after the operation?
