i'm going to go ahead and do this procedure myself - i've stitched up wounds before so i have no qualms about putting the needle through. ice the area, rub on some isopropyl, soak needle/thread in isopropyl, poke it through, tie knots as tight as possible, then cover in some petroleum jelly. i too have veins throughout the area, i plan on going *very* shallow to avoid any chance of contacting one. to make up for this lack of depth, i plan on 5 to 6 individual ties along the length of the frenulum.

what i'm wondering is though would the first night be better spent with the foreskin retracted? i suppose the petroleum jelly would make that irrelevant.

in my case i definitely suffer from frenulum breve and a tight phimotic ring, though i'm hoping this quick procedure will greatly alleviate the most pressing issue (frenulum breaking of its own accord REALLY hurts). for me the tight ring isn't as much of an issue, sex is possible for me however the foreskin, when retracted, folds under itself (hard to describe) and somewhat exaggerates the frenulum issue. before / during / after photos/videos will be made.
