Subject: circumsicion

hi,
I am a 24 years old student and want to be operated on my foreskin. my friend says it will develop less of this particular odour, not very much appreciated during sexual foreplay and oral sex. I am not opposed to circumsicion but I am afraid it may be more difficult to masturbate due to lack of skin to rub. I have seen other erected penises and think I may wound the skin of my penis if I were to rub it without a foreskin. Is there a possibility to undergo an operation, a circumsicion, which leaves enough skin under the glans?
