Subject: FULL PHIMOSIS - (PINHOLE PHIMOSIS)

I am over 60 and have had a case of FULL PHIMOSIS - (PINHOLE PHIMOSIS) for many years. It recently progressed to be painful to urinate. I am looking for a doctor in the Pittsburgh, USA area to perform a partial Circumcision.. Can someone suggest one?

Is there any clinical information that I can take to a local doctor_
