Subject: Frenulum Breve?

I went to the GP about my phimosis. He told me to stretch and after just 9 days I went from being unable to even slightly retract my foreskin when flaccid to being able to retract with no pain or real discomfort when erect but when I do retract I can pull the foreskin over the head (and easily pull it back to its original position)but the frenulum won't allow the foreskin to travel down the shaft, instead it just sits under the glands and it's quite uncomfortable when I do try to pull the foreskin further down the shaft. I could be loosing my virginaty in a few weeks so my question is could this cause much problems during sex? could the skin be forced down the shaft which could cause the frenulum to rip? and also I heard wearing a condom restricts the foreskin a bit so could the condom help?
